These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the mobile application Pizzaiolo Rush. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms govern user accounts, intellectual property rights, and permitted use of the application.

1. Definitions

Application: The software program named Pizzaiolo Rush provided by the Company and downloaded on a device.

Application Store: The digital distribution platform used to download the Application, including Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Company: GMSoft di Gatti Matteo, Cda Ponte Tavole 3/C, Italy.

Service: The Application and all features and services made available through it.

User / You: Any individual accessing or using the Service.

Device: Any device capable of running the Application including mobile phones, tablets or computers.

Third-Party Services: External services or content provided by third parties and accessible through the Application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms you must stop using the Service immediately.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the Privacy Policy which explains how personal data is collected and used.

3. User Accounts

The Service may allow users to create accounts in order to access certain features such as gameplay progress, leaderboards, or other functionality.

When creating an account you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Application.
• Use bots, cheats, exploits, or automation that alters normal gameplay.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

This includes but is not limited to:

• The game design
• Visual assets and graphics
• Logos and trademarks
• Characters and artwork
• User interface design
• Software code
• Game mechanics
• Audio and music
• Brand names and branding elements

The name Pizzaiolo Rush, the logo, visual identity, and any related trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission from the Company.

6. User Content

If the Service allows users to submit content such as usernames, comments, or other information, users remain responsible for the content they submit.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Is defamatory, abusive, or offensive
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code

The Company reserves the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services such as authentication providers, analytics services, or external websites.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party services.

8. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately and without notice if a user violates these Terms.

Upon termination the user's right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

The total liability of the Company under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user through the Service or 100 USD if no purchase has been made.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding conflict of law provisions.

Users located in the European Union may benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in their country of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the Service, users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

13. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

If material changes occur, reasonable efforts will be made to notify users before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
